The problem

Offline stores need:-a better understanding and analysis of their customers -an automatic way to generate and update a map of the products in the store Customers need more information when buying a product and some want to minimize the time spent shopping.

The solution

A product map management system, using ESL’s; customer tracking and analysis using WiFi connection. A smartphone app for the store’s customers, where they can: search for products, read and provide reviews, create simple or shared shopping lists, find the fastest route to buy those products

Target users

The management & analysis software suite will be used by supermarkets. The smartphone app will be used by people who do shopping, own a smartphone (18-40 years). As we’ve seen from our research, there are different customer needs based on gender.

Innovation

There’s no app in the market that provides all those benefits together. It helps both the store and the customer. People will chose our product (our app), because we designed it having their needs in mind and are open to constant improvement based on their feedback.
